Job overview

The department of paediatric and immunology based at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital provides a tertiary allergy / immunology service for children with allergies and immune disorders across the north west. The department maintains close links with colleagues within primary, secondary and community services.

An exciting opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic nurse to join our team who has an interest in paediatric immunology and allergy.

Main duties of the job

You will provide specialist expertise, advice and education within the hospital and community setting. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care and ensure effective communication with all professionals involved throughout the patients journey.

being able to work autonomously within the team, you will have excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to supporting the advancement of the allergy and immunology service. Your role with be split between the immunology and allergy case loads.
