If you are, we would like to hear from you as we have an exciting opportunity for you to develop, lead and sustain a newly funded 'Pregnant Women Pathway' for Liaison, Diversion & Reconnect (LDR) for pregnant women who come into contact with the Criminal Justice System.
This funding is for a 2 year fixed term and is subject to review by Commissioners for LDR.
The role is based at the Red House in Maidstone but will involve engagement with our clients and partners through Kent and Medway.

Liaison, Diversion & Reconnect (LDR) are looking for an experienced and proactive Health Visitor to develop, lead and sustain a newly funded pathway for pregnant women who come into contact with the Criminal Justice System for a 2-year fixed period. This will be subject to review by Commissioners for LDR.
The development of a Pregnant Woman Pathway within LDR, will allow for a more substantial clinical presence, improving identification, assessment, intervention, and multi-agency coordination for pregnant women across all Criminal Justice System touchpoints.

The above interventions will be developed by the successful candidate and it will require an autonomous and proactive approach in order to provide LDR with the opportunity for on-going pathway consistency.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
