We are looking for a Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry to join a forward thinking and innovative community dental service. Working alongside a Consultant and a Specialist in Special Care Dentistry you will provide leadership in managing level 3a Paediatric referrals to our service.
The applicants will also to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy pediatric dentistry department at the University Dental Hospital (UDHM) for 4 PA's per week. You will work hard, but will be rewarded with an excellent professional and personal experience.
The successful applicant will join and complement the existing team in this subspecialty area.
In community services the Specialist will work in partnership with the wider community dental services team and will focus on the provision of Level 3a treatment of children .
In UDHM The specialty Dentist will join the paediatric dental Team to undertake the assessment and treatment of children referred to the Department, in the University Dental Hospital of Manchester. Clinical activity in the unit is provided by Specialists and Consultants. This substantive post will meet existing needs within our team.
You will also provide support and leadership for the rest of the dental team across both services.
