Due to service redevelopment, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Psychologists with experience of working with young people and their families to work at Ealing CAMHS within our Children and Families Team, Adolescent Team, Learning Disabilities team, and Mental Health Support Team (up to 1.0 WTE per team). We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinicians who are able to maintain clinical curiosity and engage in reflective practice as well as be able to be an advocate for children, young people and families’ needs. We hope the successful candidate would support and implement our commitments to staff wellbeing, manageable job plans and giving staff the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge further whilst in role. We are keen to create bespoke jobs that fit with candidate’s skills and areas of interest and so encourage both full-time and part-time candidates to apply. The post holder will provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions within to young people and their families / carers. The post holder will also be responsible for line management and supervision of any pre-qualified psychologists or psychological professionals within the team and support further development and service user participation within the service.
Ealing CAMHS is an experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary service, including Psychologists, CBT Practitioners, Family Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, AHPs, and Psychiatrists. The post holder will be part of a thriving psychology department based in Ealing and across West London CAMHS. The post holder will be offered high quality and consistent supervision from within the service. We are looking for a skilled, hard-working and enthusiastic psychologist who is passionate about delivering high quality and effective services to children and young people. There will be good opportunities for CPD and development, alongside other support.
