The post holder is a member of the admin team and the responsibilities of the team are to support the clinical services to manage the daily demand of data received into the service to include referrals, calls to the service, booking of appointments and to effectively prioritise incoming referrals for the attention of the clinical team on a daily basis in a timely and efficient manner.
