You will be responsible for coordinating and providing a wide range of administrative duties to support the efficient and smooth running of the Sleep Laboratory.
This role will provide the first point of contact to all staff, patients, and visitors to the department both on the telephone and in person.
The maintenance of departmental spreadsheets and data bases to co-ordinate services is expected and this may also include creating letters for patient episodes as needed.
This role will also require the holder to support and co-ordinate the maintenance of equipment records and documents. Order equipment as needed and keep track of any outstanding orders.
There will be some limited patient face to face contact.
We admit patients to our 10 bedded inpatient facility 3 - 4 nights per week with outpatient clinics also running 3-5 days per week. Service levels are likely to change with service development in the future and flexibility with work tasks and work timings is expected.
