The University Hospitals of Derby and Burton operate dialysis services across three sites and deliver both acute and chronic haemodialysis treatments. As we continue to expand our dialysis provision, we are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for new team members to join us at our Derby Dialysis Unit.
Comprehensive support is provided for all staff. Our Practice Development Facilitator ensures that every new starter receives guidance and mentoring throughout their induction. Training will take place on the Derby site.
To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate adaptability in the working environment and possess a genuine willingness to further your clinical and leadership skills. The Renal Dialysis Units are operational from Monday to Saturday, offering dialysis sessions to patients in the morning, afternoon and evening. Flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to cover shifts across these hours, working four days per week. Opportunities for cross-site working are also supported, providing further avenues for professional development.
