We have an exciting opportunity within our dedicated  workforce administration team.

Our team is often the first point of contact for enquiries relating to; pay, expenses, rostering, DBS, references, as well as contract changes and are pivotal in ensuring that staff have access to the necessary systems, including ESR, Easy Expenses and Healthroster.

Senior Advisors are responsible for ensuring that the services they support are experienced by patients, service users, the public, and colleagues; as caring, patient focused efficient and effective through developing, coordinating and overseeing the provision of first class, administration support.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Advisor you will help service users and members of the public, stakeholders and contractors access our services and find the right place/information.

You will provide administration support of systems on behalf of senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing on systems, including Finance System, Roster System, ESR and Training Systems

In addition, you will manage junior administration staff (bands 2 & 3), by undertaking regular 1 to 1 meetings and annual appraisals, setting objectives, delegating, training, performance management and ensuring personal development of staff.
