Job overview

The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent and successful integrated programme of delivery for the reconfiguration of first line leadership structure alongside operational rota redesign, to enable the Trust to meet its strategic aims.

The role will also oversee, implement and lead the programmes delivery, which impact across or beyond the Organisation with an ongoing requirement to act with minimal guidelines while setting goals and standards for others.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will provide leadership and professional management, combined with taking responsibility for the delivery of co-design and developing an agreed business case and will provide expertise to support directorates in their work to redesign first line leadership structure alongside operational rota redesign.

The postholder will ensure delivery of the business cases’ aims and objectives including full temporal and financial compliance.

The role will include implementing and leading solutions to protect these vital requirements and being responsible for course correcting where necessary.

The postholder will support the Transformation Programme Director and Deputy Chief Executive in their role as the  accountable lead for the effective co-design and implementation of solutions identified.

They will, therefore, provide visible leadership to support the effective delivery of the reconfiguration plan across the Trust, together with the efficient and effective use of resources, promoting a culture that is both progressive and accountable.
