Excellent communication skills and an ability to prioritise a caseload of complex patients are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, creativity and the ability to support change in a fast-paced environment. Whilst the funding for the post is full-time, we would be happy to hear from people who wish to work more flexibly.

To discuss the post, please contact Anne-Marie Thomas, Deputy Clinical Lead, [email protected], 07774 729 239  or Polly Brown, Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist, [email protected], 07768 067 514.

  • To work autonomously, frequently as a lone practitioner and at times in conjunction with team colleagues, across a variety of locations within the community including client’s homes and residential care settings to meet the individual needs of the multi-cultural population in an inner-city area
  • Work within and across professional and organisational boundaries, liaising with health and social care professionals and voluntary agencies to deliver individualised and expert care to a high standard to clients.
  • It is essential the post holder be able to work their hours flexibly and contribute fully to both existing and new rotas. This includes 7 day working and non- traditional shift patterns.
