Are you looking for a change? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Resourcing Assistant. The post holder will work as part of the Resourcing team, who are responsible for providing an NHS Highland wide service covering all job families and geographic areas. The team’s activities include the coordination of the recruitment to posts on Agenda for Change, medical, dental, senior manager and executive terms and conditions of employment, bank and agency worker engagements, redeployment, etc.
The role includes the administration of the full recruitment and on-boarding process, which comprises for example employment checks, contractual documentation, advice and guidance to hiring managers, employees and applicants.
If you are enthusiastic, confident with systems and data entry, have attention to detail and good communication skills, understand the need for confidentiality, and hold an SVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent we would like to hear from you.
The contractual base for the postholder will be Inverness.
