Due to expansion of the service, we currently have vacancies for a number of enthusiastic Band 6 Radiographers to work in our CT  department. Experience in this modality is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.  The successful candidate must have at least 2 years  experience in radiography post qualification with at least 12 months of working within the NHS.

Main duties of the job

Our current  CT suite has undergone a complete refurbishment within the last 2 years and we have doubled our capacity by installing 4 new Canon scanners.   Our department also has a CT scanner at WBCH and Bracknell. With this extra capacity we are looking for Radiographers to support with developing our services to our community.

Applicants must be adaptable and be prepared to work evenings and weekends as part of our seven-day service delivery. This will include night shifts.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
