We currently have 2 Senior PWP vacancies, 1 based at Lotus House in Northampton in our Central Team, a second based at Willowbrook Health Centre in Corby in our North Team.

Main duties of the job

  • This post Band 6 Senior PWP NHS Northamptonshire Talking Therapies Supporting staff to deliver quality assessments, treatment and support to people accessing the service.  Providing high quality supervision, support, and a focus on wellbeing for staff providing assessments within the service. Offer expert clinical support and guidance to Step 2 staff. To ensure National Talking Therapies standards are met. To contribute to learning and development of PWP, Assistant Psychologists, Mental Health Support Practitioners and peer supporters. To provide some clinical intervention at step 2 for people with common mental health problems, particularly supporting with our groups and webinars programme.
