This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of mental health care environments, directly contributing to patient recovery and well-being.

Reporting to the Head of the Estates PMO, you will be integral to the successful delivery of key projects within the Trust’s Capital Programme, managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £50k refurbishments to £10m+ capital developments. You will oversee estates projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Main duties of the job

Working across the Trust, you will engage with internal teams, Trust stakeholders, external design teams, project professionals, and construction contractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to agreed specifications, timelines, and financial controls. This role spans a variety of healthcare settings, including live inpatient wards, rehabilitation houses, and community buildings, requiring sensitivity to working in complex environments.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Estates Project Manager with a construction industry recognised qualification, has working knowledge of HTM's & HBN's related to Mental Health and a minimum of 3 years experience in a health care setting.
