To work autonomously within Halton (Runcorn UTC) as a fully qualified, experienced, Senior Practitioner. The role will involve working autonomously within a framework of practice to deliver High Standard care to children.

  • Work autonomously without supervision in the provision of care to clients.
  • Act as a mentor to pre and post registration nurses, allied health professional and unqualified students.
  • The post holder should demonstrate flexibility and be able to work across a range of shift patterns.
  • Participates in the education, development, and line management of other staff members
  • Is an effective team player within the interdependent unit, operating flexibly across both units as required and recognising the benefits of the integrated approach?
  • Co-Ordinate UTC and day to day management of staffing.
  • Participate in improvement of services and the quality-of-care provision, ensuring the quality indicators are met.
