Main duties of the job

Community nursing in the recovery hub suits people who can work independently and within the wider multi-disciplinary team. Youll be resilient, motivated, and adaptable to working in an ever-changing environment and of course, have a passion for providing the best possible care to all. You will have great communication skills and maintain a high standard of clinical skills when carrying out nursing procedures. You will ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will motivate colleagues, champion service user safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
