The Senior Nurse Manager (Urgent and Emergency Care) provides professional, clinical and operational leadership for nursing services within Urgent and Emergency Care. The post holder is accountable for nursing standards, workforce leadership, quality, safety, patient experience and service improvement across their defined area of responsibility.
This is a senior autonomous leadership role, requiring the post holder to act as a credible, visible and accessible nursing leader, capable of providing highly specialised advice, managing clinical risk, and ensuring delivery of safe, effective and high‑quality urgent and emergency care services.
