Job overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to work as part a team reporting into the Head of the Reward, Pay, Policy and Partnership.

You will play a key role supporting the Trust's strategic approach to reward, benefits and People policy and job evaluation.

You will play a key role in supporting the shaping of our future reward strategy, strengthening our Employee Value Proposition and modernising our benefits offer.

Main duties of the job

Provide an expert human resources advisory service to managers and staff, that. ensures the Trust is an employer choice.

Ensure that the Trust is compliant with employment law in terms of Pay and Reward policies

Deliver a high-quality job evaluation service for the Trust.

Advise on reward and provide comprehensive support all Trust reward schemes including reward panels.

Lead on HR, pay and reward projects as required.

Act as the specialist lead on policy discussions with partners, trade unions and professional organisations.

Manage the Trust reward offer such as long service awards and salary sacrifice schemes.

Support and coordinate the development of policies, procedures and reward that support the Trust’s strategic objectives.

Support Trust wide partnership forums including the Trust Joint Staff Committee and the Pay and Policy forum.
