A vacancy has arisen for a part time Senior Healthcare Support Worker within the Emergency Care Unit. This will consist of 3 x 8 hour 45 minute shifts a week and will be a combination of earlies, lates and twilights. The Emergency Care Unit comprises of a paediatric Emergency Department and an Assessment Unit. The post holder will be required to rotate between the two areas but mainly work within the Paediatric Assessment Unit. Applicants must have the ability to work under pressure to deliver safe and effective family centred care. You must also be motivated to learn and possess good communication skills with the general public, ranging from birth up.
