We are looking to recruit a Senior Estates Manager (Buliding) to be responsible for the effective site maintenance and operation of all building fabric and systems in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all Statutory Legislations, NHS, Trust and Departmental guidelines.

This includes management of all building related systems and infrastructure which includes but not not limited to:

• Asbestos Management
• Passive Fire Safety Systems
• Confined Spaces
• Surface and underground drainage
• Signage
• Roofs including edge protection and mansafe systems.
• Windows and Glazing
• External Stairwell and access ladders.
• Highways (access and egress)
