Join NWAS as a Senior Development Operations Engineer – Integration and play a key role in developing and supporting IT solutions that directly impact frontline services. You’ll work within a collaborative digital team, acting as a subject matter expert for integration projects and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

The Trust is embarking on a journey to improve the integration with other health and social care providers and this role will be integral to the delivery of that roadmap.

Main duties of the job

• Develop, support, and maintain integration solutions for critical digital applications.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams on solution design and delivery.
• Provide third-line support and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Present complex technical information clearly to a range of audiences.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing integration knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, information security, and Trust policies.
• Stay up to date with digital systems developments and contribute to continuous improvement.
