The main duties are included in the job description.

In summary, the post holder will develop, deliver and evaluate the interventions conducted by the post diagnostic team and those under the Preventing Well Agenda. You will be expected to carry a complex clinical caseload and support the Dementia Support Workers, in a clinical capacity.
