Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of our Digital Health Epic Connect Team at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital. We are recruiting a Senior Configuration Analyst for 12 months to support and enhance our Epic electronic patient record (EPR) system at The Royal Marsden, specifically working in the Beaker (labs) team directly supporting our Molecular Diagnostic/Genomics laboratories to deliver some major workflow improvement projects.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is ideally certified or accredited in at least one Epic application, preferably with experience in Beaker or has experience working in Molecular Diagnostic labs. A strong track record of collaborating with operational/lab teams and managing configuration change in a live EPR environment is highly desirable.

Please be advised that the successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid capacity — please do not to apply if you are seeking a fully remote position. Our team works flexibly with a combination of remote and office based working days. The successful candidate will be required to travel to all sites at Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospital sites (Bloomsbury, Chelsea and Sutton). The successful candidate would be well supported by an experienced team and line management structure.
