Job overview

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust became a University Hospital in 2009 and is made up of three hospital sites based in Ashford, Canterbury and Margate that take undergraduates from St George’s Medical School, King’s College School Medical School and St George’s International School of Medicine. Kent’s new medical school, the Kent and Medway Medical School, will open its doors in 2020 and we will be taking students from there in 2023. There is a dedicated Education Centre on each hospital site that plays a significant role in medical student and training doctors’ education and training.

There is a vacancy for a Clinical Teaching Fellow. The posts are primarily work-based within the QEQMH, Margate and WHH, Ashford, but the post holder will be required to travel to other sites of the Trust as required.
