University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles. Provide a high standard of direct care for patients pre and post joint replacement and other orthopaedic procedures working with the team to promote early post operative mobilisation as appropriate and support in length of stay and facilitate safe discharge from hospital

These Skills have been pre-mapped and approved by UHNM for this role and will be supported by completion of a robust UHNM competency package that will be accompanied by education packages delivered by both the Care Coach Team and other UHNM educators across the trust who specialise in the training of these specific skills.
