Job overview

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Clinical Administrator(s) to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Psychology Interface Team. This is a dynamic and varied position that requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Main duties of the job

The postholder(s) will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Psychology Interface, ensuring that all referrals, communications, and service processes are handled smoothly and efficiently. You will be the central point of coordination for service tracking, meeting support, and action follow-up, helping to maintain high standards of service delivery.

In addition to supporting the core service, you will work closely with the Primary Care Clinical & Operational Leads, providing direct administrative assistance including document preparation and support with recruitment and staffing processes.

The role requires you to be proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages. There is also the requirement to complete various data reports, spreadsheets and support ad hoc audits.

Knowledge or experience of NHS working would be desirable. You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines, to demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, and apply attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

You will need to have a good understanding of the importance of HR procedures and will have supervisory responsibility for a small number of the admin in the team.
