An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse or AHP (NMC or HCPC registered) to facilitate effective patient flow through the hospital site. You will work within a team to coordinate elective and emergency pathways whilst maintaining patient safety and providing visible leadership.

We are seeking a dynamic, confident and motivated clinical leader to join our expanding corporate clinical site management team. If you are passionate, like we are about providing the best care to our patients, this position offers the right individual the opportunity to showcase and develop their leadership and operational skills.

Main duties of the job

Working shifts over a 24-hour period, you will provide out of hours senior nursing support and clinical advice to all areas and support the clinical site manager to deliver effective patient flow. The senior clinical patient flow coordinator role is diverse, and you will need to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment, with an ability to remain composed during periods of extreme pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement of the role, in order to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
