An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Children’s Community Nursing Outreach Team.

We are looking to recruit  experienced children’s nurses who are ready for a new challenge to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

You will be responsible for providing high quality and responsive care to support the early discharge from hospital of children and families to their own homes as well as promoting the prevention of hospital attendance by facilitating direct referrals from GP’s.

We welcome applicants who can work autonomously, demonstrate enthusiasm, excellent communication/decision making skills and who are passionate about Children’s Community Nursing and providing care closer to home.

Applicants must be willing to work flexibly and collaboratively within the team to provide a seven day service for our patients.

Due to current service demands, we are only able to consider applicants who have relevant UK experience.
