We are seeking a dynamic Band 7 Safeguarding Children Practice Development Lead to support frontline services across the Trust, with particular focus on the needs and priorities of Hounslow Services, with wider links to Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham.
This key leadership role offers expert supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff managing complex safeguarding cases.

Main duties of the job
- Deliver high-quality, reflective 1:1 safeguarding supervision to health visitors and other frontline staff working with children and families.
- Provide expert consultation and support on complex safeguarding cases, ensuring safe, informed, and consistent decision-making.
- Lead the implementation and embedding of evidence-based safeguarding models, policies, and national guidance across services.
- Strengthen multi-agency collaboration by working closely with partners, including Hounslow Children’s Services, to promote coordinated and effective safeguarding responses.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to safeguarding audits, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives.
