An exciting opportunity to join the Respiratory Nurse Specialist team at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

The role involves:

-Working within TB prevention, completing latent TB screening and BCG administration.

-Working  with the  Respiratory CNS team to deliver care to in-patients and outpatients with COPD, asthma and home oxygen

Main duties of the job

Independent Nurse led TB screening clinics.

Independent Nurse led BCG vaccination clinics.

Independent telephone clinics.

Assessment and implementation of treatment of patients admitted with an acute exacerbation of COPD or asthma.

Assessment and ordering of home oxygen
