Team 2a is a well-established and collaborative group, working closely with our oncology colleagues to deliver a diverse portfolio of studies across Gastrointestinal, Germ Cell, and Sarcoma specialties. The team currently includes three experienced Band 6 nurses and will soon be joined by a Band 5 Research Staff Nurse, whose primary focus will be administering trial-related treatments. We are now looking to welcome an additional Band 6 Research Nurse to further strengthen our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality support to patients while working in partnership with multidisciplinary oncology colleagues. As a Band 6 Research Nurse, you will be involved in all aspects of the patient journey, including identification, screening, eligibility confirmation, treatment delivery, and follow-up care. This is a fixed-term position, and we are particularly keen to recruit an experienced Research Nurse who is adaptable, flexible, and ideally SACT competent. Your expertise will help us sustain our current momentum and continue to grow our portfolio of studies. We welcome applications from suitably qualified and interested parties, and would consider offering this post as a secondment.
