We are looking for a caring and supportive person who loves helping others and can come to work with a positive attitude and a friendly smile.  If that sounds like you, then we guarantee you will leave at the end of each shift feeling proud of the work you have done to support patients to feel and be at their best.

With strong team working skills, you will be able to demonstrate the values that are important to us, communicating well with both colleagues and patients.  We are open to your ideas for how to improve the services we offer; without compromising on quality and always treating patients and team-mates with respect and dignity.

Here at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust we are proud of the first class care we provide our patients and to further support this we are expanding our teams of Healthcare Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants across all departments within the Hospital.  You will be trained to complete your Care Certificate which gives you all the skills you need to be a success (aside from your brilliant personality and helpful nature!).
