As a Registered Nurse on Castle Ward, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and effective care. The role also involves:
- Working in clinical environments where you may frequently encounter unpleasant conditions, including exposure to body fluids.
- Managing and responding to potentially violent or threatening situations with professionalism and support from the wider team.
- Following Trust health and safety policies at all times, particularly during risk‑associated procedures and when handling hazardous substances.
