We are looking for dedicated Nurses to join our Community Hospitals teams across Kent. You’ll oversee the holistic care provided to patients, provide leadership by maintaining clinical standards, and may take charge of the ward in the absence of senior staff. Our units predominantly provide rehabilitation and end-of-life support for palliative patients and their families.
You'll work closely with patients, families, and a multi-professional team including doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Driving may be required for these roles as you may be asked to travel to other sites to provide support to your community hospital colleagues if and when needed.

We expect you to maintain high clinical standards, use evidence-based practises, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will manage a caseload of patients with complex needs.
You’ll be responsible and accountable for the holistic care provided to patients. You will carry out assessments, develop integrated care packages, support junior staff, and actively participate in a multi-professional team to ensure high quality care is provided to our patients. You will be expected to participate in 24-hour internal rotation and move to other community hospital sites to cover the needs of the service.
