Registered Nurse - Day Surgery Unit

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team based at the Day Surgery Unit (Ward) - Prince Philip Hospital &  Amman Valley DSU, Llanelli.

We are looking for a Nurse that is passionate & motivated about delivering the best care possible, who has excellent communication skills and is willing to work as part of a committed and skilled multi-disciplinary team. The ability to travel between sites may be required.

Main duties of the job

Day Surgery - There are multiple theatre site across Hywel Dda University Health Board which cover a range of specialities including, but not limited to, emergency surgery, obstetrics, general surgery, trauma and orthopaedic.

Each individual theatre team comprises of scrub staff, circulating staff, Operating Department Practitioners, Recovery staff, ward staff and HCSW’s.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
