Main duties of the job

Working across the partnership of the Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, you will manage the logistics of the hiring journey. You will be the person who turns a departmental "need" into a live advert, guide managers through the shortlisting process, and ultimately delivers the news a candidate has been waiting for: the offer.
