Recruitment and HR Systems Team Leader

Band 6 £41,608 - £50,702 per annum

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum

NHS Western Isles is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment and HR Systems Team Leader to join our dedicated workforce team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we recruit, analyse, and deliver workforce systems across our organisation

As Recruitment and HR Systems Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Recruitment and HR Systems team, ensuring efficient delivery of workforce information and reporting.
  • Manage a safe and effective recruitment process for NHS Western Isles.
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce data, analytics, and compliance with NHS standards.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff across NHS Western Isles to ensure HR processes are effective, user-friendly, and future-focused.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Experience in HR systems, workforce planning, or data management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and supporting colleagues.
