Job summary

Main duties of the job

The successful person will:

  • Champion the Candidate Journey:Proactively manage the onboarding process for new starters, acting as theprimarycontact and ensuring they feel welcomedinto the workforce from day one.
  • Rigorous Compliance:Undertake all essential pre-employment checks including Right to Work (RTW), DBS, references,professional qualifications and registrations.
  • Coordination:Liaise between the recruitment team and candidates to manage expectations, resolve delays, and agree on start dates.
  • Administrative Excellence:Maintain accurate electronic records across HR systems, ensuring all paperwork is processed promptly so that new employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Collaborative Support:Work across the recruitment team to support colleagues during busy periods and contribute your voice to how the team evolves its processes.
