A key part of the role is leading on course delivery, working alongside co-facilitators to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.

Alongside this, the role supports the smooth running of day-to-day operations, builds strong relationships with students, facilitators, and wider stakeholders and helps ensure a welcoming, recovery focused experience for all learners and staff.
