Applications are invited for the above post, based within the Specialist Surgery Division at Ninewells Hospital.
We are looking for an adaptable individual to provide an efficient reception and administrative service within the Plastic Surgery Department.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. Good typing and IT system skills are essential, and a previous knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous. Previous experience in an office environment is also essential.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Hours of work are: 36 hours, Monday to Friday.
