An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small & friendly team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to work as a Receptionist/ admin for the Cardiac Physiology Service. The service is based across the Cardiology Suite and the Cardiac Device Suite on A Level at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be an integral member of the Cardiac Physiology team, working autonomously within the reception areas and providing admin support to Cardiac Physiologists. Candidates should have experience working in a clerical role, possess a professional attitude and be able to work flexibly in a busy environment. You will ideally have experience of working in a hospital reception environment and be familiar with administrative processes and practices. You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. Good computer skills and qualifications to NVQ Level 2/ RSA2/OCR2 are expected.
