The Occupational Health & Wellbeing Department is an in-house service providing Occupational Health Services to its host Trust as well as a number of external organisations.

We are a dynamic, proactive multi-disciplinary team, always striving to provide the best service and we are looking for someone to actively participate and contribute to the development of a high quality service. We are now a single Occupational Health service covering the MSE Trust.

The role is based at Broomfield, however occasional travel between sites may be required. This is an exciting position for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist, who is flexible in their approach and client focused.

Working as part of a team you must be motivated, with good communication, inter-personal and administration skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing a professional reception cover for the front of house
  • Greeting visitors
  • Answer telephones in a timely & polite manner
  • Responding to and generating emails
  • Dealing with telephone, email and face-to-face queries
  • Maintaining electronic health records
  • Scanning & Photocopy
  • Absence cover
