An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to supervise the reception at the Chadwell Centre.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent customer service, organisational and management skills. We welcome applications from individuals who demonstrate commitment to delivering high quality support to service and building users in an efficient and courteous manner. This is a new role that offers the right candidate scope to make their mark. The job will include managing the reception to provide an effective, patient-focused service for all users of the building as well as supporting building management to ensure the smooth day to day running of the premises.
About You
You will be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with experience of providing administrative support and customer care in a clinical service.
Interacting with patients and professionals at a busy reception you will be confident in dealing with challenging situations and ensuring that the experience of all visitors is positive.
You will work without direct supervision so will need to be confident and capable. Your building responsibilities will need you to be practical, pragmatic and solution-focused.
An important part of this role involves managing staff so it is vital that you have good leadership skills and will be able to model appropriate behaviours.
