Job summary

Main duties of the job

The post holder must be able to work equally well independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and have good customer service skills, reliability, good systems problem solving skills, ability to prioritise according to urgency and the ability to work calmly under pressure are key qualities.

There is a wide breadth of duties within the role which includes sending images electronically external to the Trust, administering images coming into the Trust, creating CDs for external dental imaging, quality control of radiology systems and configuration of the radiology information system.

This post will involve out of hours working for the installation and testing of system upgrades.
