We’re currently recruiting Radiology Administrative Assistants to join our dedicated team on a full-time or part-time basis.

About UsNHS Golden Jubilee is a national institution delivering specialist services in Heart & Lung, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery to patients across Scotland. As the host of regional and national cardio-thoracic services, we play a vital role in providing high-quality care.

Radiology at Golden JubileeOur Radiology Department supports patients referred from territorial Health Boards through our role as the National Waiting Times Centre, as well as those attending other services within the hospital. We offer a wide range of multidisciplinary imaging services, backed by a skilled and supportive administrative team.

The RoleAs a Radiology Administrative Assistant, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You’ll manage outpatient reception areas, process referrals, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reporting of imaging results.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking individuals who are:

Confident on the phone and comfortable interacting with patients/customers

Strong in communication, literacy, numeracy, and keyboard skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Able to multitask, meet targets, and work under pressure

Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
