You will be responsible for performing quality assurance checks on x-ray equipment throughout the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and for our external customers. Duties include routine x-ray quality assurance and investigations, as well as working both independently and alongside colleagues to perform acceptance tests, critical examinations and fault investigations. Additional duties include analysing patient dose data to support optimisation of exposures, performance testing and arranging external calibration of test equipment, development of spreadsheets and test protocols and maintaining documentation relating to our Quality Management System. Frequent travel across Yorkshire is required and you should have your own means of transport.
