A new and exciting opportunity has arisen.  We are seeking a Band 5 Public Health Nurse  to join our fantastic team within a Centralised Contact Duty Hub.  A part time  post is available in various locations across Cheshire East, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral - permanent position.  This position would suit anyone wishing to work agile or remotely.

Main duties of the job

We currently deliver outstanding 0-19 and 0-19+ and 0-25 Health and Wellbeing Services across Wirral, Cheshire East and St Helens and Knowsley supporting over 400,000 children and young people.  Our dedicated, innovative and forward thinking children and young people’s services have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of families in our communities.

We work closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for the children, young people and families.
