NWAS is looking for a Productivity & Collaboration Lead to drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools across the organisation.

Main duties of the job

You’ll lead digital collaboration strategy, change and engagement programmes, and governance for platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate—working closely with clinical, corporate and digital teams to improve productivity and ways of working.

You’ll bring:

• Experience leading digital adoption or change programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• A collaborative, inclusive leadership style aligned to NHS values
