An exciting opportunity has arisen within Perth & Kinross HSCP for a Primary Care Team Manager to join our team.

Our team provides strategic management and leadership to a range of primary care services delivered across Perth and Kinross. This post will be directly responsible to the Service Manager, Primary Care. The role you will undertake is to support the various

workstreams by leading the implementation of change and improvement within the GMS contract, providing leadership and creating a culture which supports the delivery of the Health and Social Care Partnerships and NHS Tayside’s visions and values. You will work closely with general practice teams, and the wider Multidisciplinary Team in primary care to improve care for people in Perth & Kinross. This post will also deputise for the Service Manager as required.

Excellent planning, organisational and facilitation skills are a prerequisite for this post as is a willingness to collaborate and co-produce with others to achieve a desired outcome. The post requires someone who can be flexible and develop positive relationships with a wide range of people.

Primary Care in Perth & Kinross is an exciting and challenging environment in which to work. You will be part of a team who will support you, and there are ongoing opportunities for personal development.

There is a requirement for the post holder to travel independently throughout Perth & Kinross as part of this role.

Hours of work are: 29.6 Hours per week
