A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to join the award winning CLCH Practice Development Allied Health Professionals (AHP) team across adult and children’s community pathways of care. Our AHP workforce consists of Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Speech and Language Therapists
The post-holder will be based in the North Central division, supporting the Barnet clinical teams across the neighbourhood system. This role is fully visible and will work 80% in Division supporting clinical competence and skills in practice and 20% supporting supervision, personal skills development and any training preparation (not from home unless specific flexible working request approved).
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with clinical experience in adult and children’s physical rehabilitation, complex disability management and/or health prevention in community settings, who is eager to develop their skills in AHP workforce development. Using a quality improvement approach, the Practice Development AHP will support the clinical workforce in delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-centred interventions in the community.
